2. Purpose of Data Use

Your personal data is strictly collected and processed for legitimate software development and business operations in Singapore, including:

• Conducting technical software scoping, architecture reviews, and project estimation
• Drafting Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Master Services Agreements (MSAs), and Statements of Work (SOW)
• Facilitating Enterprise Development Grant (EDG) and PSG project documentation for Singapore SMEs

All client project data, database records, and temporary project files are stored in secure Singapore cloud datacenter regions:

• Azure SE Asia Region: Singapore

Data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 standards and in transit using TLS 1.3 protocol.

4. Non-Disclosure & Third-Party Sharing Policy

We maintain a zero-monetization data policy: We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal or business data to third-party marketers or advertisers under any circumstances.

Data is disclosed only to authorized Singapore-based project engineers operating under strict bilateral NDAs or when legally required by Singapore statutory boards or court orders.
