2. Singapore Government Grants (EDG / PSG) Non-Affiliation
Custom Software Development Singapore Co. is an independent private software engineering firm. While we assist Singaporean companies in structuring software documentation compatible with Enterprise Singapore grant frameworks (Enterprise Development Grant and PSG), we are not directly affiliated with Enterprise Singapore, MTI, or any government ministry.
Grant approval remains under the sole discretion of Enterprise Singapore and relevant governing agencies based on company eligibility criteria.
3. Third-Party Software Services & APIs
Custom software solutions built by the Company may integrate with third-party APIs, SDKs, or cloud services (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, OpenAI, Stripe, PayNow, Twilio). The Company is not liable for service interruptions, policy shifts, or API deprecations imposed by third-party infrastructure providers.
4. Cybersecurity & Data Sovereignty Responsibility Scope
While all software engineered by the Company adheres to ISO 27001 standards, PDPA guidelines, and OWASP Top 10 security practices, absolute immunity from cyber threats or zero-day vulnerabilities cannot be guaranteed by any software entity. Clients are advised to maintain active security monitoring and infrastructure backups.
