Let customers find the answer themselves — Customer and partner portals
Give your clients, suppliers or agents somewhere to self-serve. Fewer phone calls asking where something is, fewer emails chasing a document, fewer hours of your staff answering the same question.
Overview
A front door for the people you work with
A portal gives customers, suppliers or agents a secure place to check status, download documents and submit requests without calling your office. The questions your team answers ten times a day get answered by the system instead.
Secure login and per-account permissions are the baseline. Document exchange and status visibility sit on top, connected to the systems where the work already happens. Where identity matters in Singapore, we use Singpass and MyInfo rather than inventing another password your customers will not trust.
Ideal for: Businesses whose staff spend part of every day answering “where is my job?” or re-sending the same documents.
What's included
Secure login
Accounts with proper password handling, optional two-factor sign-in, and Singpass where the people logging in are Singapore residents or businesses.
Per-account permissions
Each company sees only its own jobs and documents. Within a company, admins decide which of their staff can see or approve what.
Live status
Customers see where their job, order or application stands, pulled from your internal system, so nobody has to type an update into a second place.
Document exchange
Upload and download contracts, invoices, reports and certificates in one place, with a record of who sent what and when.
Requests and forms
Structured forms for new orders, changes and support requests that land in your team’s queue with the details already filled in.
MyInfo prefill
Where you need verified personal or business details, MyInfo can fill them in with the user’s consent instead of asking them to type and upload.
Why choose us
Portals your customers will actually use
A portal fails when it is a second place to keep up to date. We connect it to the systems your team already works in, so status and documents appear automatically, and we test it with real customers before launch.
- Secure login, per-account permissions
- Document exchange and status visibility
- Singpass and MyInfo where identity matters
FAQs
Questions before you start
Will our customers need yet another password?
Not necessarily. Where your users are Singapore residents or businesses, Singpass login is often the better choice. Otherwise we use standard secure accounts with optional two-factor sign-in.
Can the portal show data from our existing system?
Yes. Most portals read status and documents from a system you already run. Part of discovery is confirming how that system can be connected and what needs to stay internal.
Is a portal secure enough for client documents?
Access is checked on every request, documents are stored privately rather than at guessable links, and every view and download can be logged. We agree the security requirements in the specification.
Do we have to host it with you?
No. It runs in your cloud account under your billing, and the source code is in your repository from the first commit.

Insights worth knowing
Status questions are usually the biggest saving
Before building anything, count how many calls and emails ask where something is. That number is usually the clearest case for a portal.
MyInfo needs consent every time
MyInfo shares a person’s data only after they approve it in Singpass, which makes it a good fit for applications and onboarding forms.
Start with read-only
Many portals launch with status and documents only. Self-service changes come next, once you can see how customers actually use it.
A portal is also an internal tool
Your staff can see exactly what a customer sees, which makes support calls shorter and settles most “I never received it” questions.
